Machine Learning Insights into Academic Success in CS3: The Role of Mathematics and CS Coursework

This research explores how we can leverage only CS and math coursework data to better support students in CS3, without relying on sensitive information like demographics. While this approach protects student privacy, it also challenges us to think critically about the trade-offs and potential biases introduced by omitting such data. The goal is to help institutions identify where to allocate resources to best support student success, without reinforcing existing inequities.
